J Albert Callaway is a preacher with a great heritage, coming from five generations of pastors. He has had over 44 years of successful ministry including pastorates in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. He served as state Youth and Christian Education Director of the Assemblies of God and has had ministry in public education and drug prevention especially among youth and families.

Callaway attended Southwestern Assemblies of God Univeristy and Central Bible College. He has also received honorary degrees. Brother Callaway is also an author, among his notable works is Colors of Change.

Very aware of his civic responsibilites, Callaway is the founder and CEO of Truth, Values and Leadership with responsibility for spiritual guidance and general oversight of the organization.
