Donna Faith Moon was born in Ramona, Oklahoma on December 6, 1934 to Paul Arlis and Alto Jo (Street) Henegar. On January 7, 1950, she married Dr. Jesse K. Moon, in Hobbs, New Mexico.

She was a musician, singer, songwriter, and counselor. These ministries of compassion called "Operation Cheer" have opened doors to her world-wide and included many years of ministry to the military, prisons, and Veteran's Administration hospitals.

Donna went to be with her Lord on June 19, 2017, just weeks after Dr. Moon went to Heaven.
