Rev. Richard V Luna is an Assemblies of God minister. He served the body of Christ as both a pastor and evangelist. Brother Luna pastored churches in Hepsibah, Texas; Garland, Texas; Muleshoe, Texas; Andrews, Texas; and, Lamesa, Texas.

For many years he served as a sectional presbyter in the West Texas District.

Brother Luna is in his nineties and lives in Argyle, Texas.
