Richard Foth was born in California but spent much of his childhood in India, the son of Assemblies of God missionaries. He is a graduate of Bethany College, Wheaton College and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

He served as the pastor of Stone Creek Church in Urbana, Illinois for nearly 12 years. Then he served as president of Bethany College for fourteen months. He also served International Foundation as a life coach for fourteen years.

Today Richard lives in Windsor, Colorado and describes himself as an author, speaker and storyteller.
