Robert G. Slaton

Robert G. Slaton pastored his home church, First Assembly of God, in Amarillo, Texas for 21 years and served 3 years prior as an associate to Rev.. E. R. Foster (1968-1989).

In 1989 the West Texas District Council voted him to serve as district superintendent. After serving in this position for 24 years he "retired" in 2010.

Brother Slaton lived in Benbrook, Texas, near his family. He maintained a website, www.inspirationalmeditations.org.

Brother Slaton went to be with the Lord in 2019.
